Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Notice explains what personal data MagnifyERP collects from you, through our interactions with you and through MagnifyERP, and how we use that data.

We collect several different types of personal data from you when your organization establishes a contract with us:

  • While using MagnifyERP, we may ask you to provide us with certain information that can be used to contact or identify you. This information may include, but is not limited to email address, first name, and last name.
  • We may also collect information about how MagnifyERP is accessed and used. This usage data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of MagnifyERP that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages.
  • For data integrity reasons, any changes you make to MagnifyERP data are logged.

How do we use your Personal Data?

We use the collected personal data in the performance of contracts with MagnifyERP to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • To provide and maintain MagnifyERP
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of MagnifyERP when you choose to do so
  • To provide customer care and support
  • To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve MagnifyERP
  • To monitor the usage of MagnifyERP

  • To notify you about changes to MagnifyERP
  • To comply with the cybersecurity auditing requirements of our clients

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, distribute or trade your personal data to outside parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate MagnifyERP, to provide services on our behalf, to perform related services or to assist us in analyzing how MagnifyERP is used. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Transfer of Data

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including personal data, to the United States and process it there.

MagnifyERP will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Notice and no transfer of your personal data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Do we use cookies?

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are sent to your web browser from MagnifyERP and stored on your device to enable MagnifyERP functionality.
We do not track your activity within MagnifyERP through the use of tracking cookies, or other tracking technologies. Any cookies we do create do not contain any personal information.
You can choose to accept or decline cookies by modifying your web browser setting. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of MagnifyERP functionality.

Links to Other Sites

MagnifyERP may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

MagnifyERP is intended for use by organizations and is administered to you by your organization. Your use of MagnifyERP may be subject to your organization’s policies, and if so, please direct your privacy inquiries to your administrator. MagnifyERP is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our clients, which may differ from those set forth in this Privacy Notice.

How to access & control your Personal Data?

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please email Privacy@MagnifyERP.com.

If you believe that any information, we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Changes to our Privacy Notice

We may update our Privacy Notice from time to time. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on MagnifyERP, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Notice.

You are advised to review this Privacy Notice periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Notice are effective when they are posted on this page.
